The Elisa Talent Program
is a well-paid 6 month full-time program for young talents in different fields of expertise. The program offers:

Most trainees stay with us to develop their career further after the trainee program has ended. We have heaps of exciting development initiatives to participate in!
The Talent Program is for you if you:

are a young professional who has completed most or all of your university studies (or similar) in a relevant field

communicate fluently in English (and for some of the positions Finnish)

are curious to learn and develop in a fast-paced, exciting environment
The program kicks off twice a year: in March (application time in December-January) and in October (application time in August-September).
